Mindful Birth Guide
Mindfulness is about being fully aware of the present moment. Instead of getting stuck in the past or longing for the future, it’s essential to live in your current reality, making the most of what you’re experiencing now.
So many soon-to-be mothers have negative beliefs, fears, experiences, and more that can hold them back from having the positive births they deserve–ones that will feel happy, healthy, and safe for them and their babies. The first step in establishing mindfulness that will serve you in labor and birth is to evaluate how you think of the process, and then to let go of whatever doesn’t serve you.
